Matthew C. McNulty

Matthew C. McNulty is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FRP Holdings, Inc. He assumed this position in 2024. Previously, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer (2018) and Chief Operating Officer (2021) of Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. Prior to Patriot, Matt was employed by Florida Rock Industries, Inc. From 2000 to 2003, he practiced as an Associate Corporate Attorney at Rogers, Towers, PA. Matt holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University (Florida Certified Public Accountant – Inactive) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida (Member of the Florida Bar Association – Inactive).
